  2. The Bridge (Technical Data): "However, our load test indicates that internal resistance has increased by 15 percent, and the available Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) are now at 70 percent of the rated capacity."
  3. The Projection (Future Risk): "As we enter the season of fluctuating temperatures, this resistance will be amplified. To avoid a failure when you are on a tight schedule, we should replace this before it reaches the point of total discharge."

Diagnostic Presentation and Visual Evidence

Visual data removes the "Sales" framing and positions the advisor as a technical consultant. When presenting the diagnostic printout, focus on the following:

  2. System Integrity: Frame the terminal cleaning or cable replacement as a necessary step to protect the new battery’s lifespan, ensuring the charging system operates at peak efficiency.
